Download FASTASome of the experimentally studied proteins are not present in asparaginasedb_esp.fasta: their sequences are reported only in the source publication and have no UniProt entry. Every other entry is included, and each sequence header gives the UniProt accession — use it to retrieve the full record from UniProt.
Tick rows in any entry table and export them as a tab‑separated table, a list of UniProt accessions, or send them to the UniProt ID mapping tool.
